HostGleam provides web hosting, domain registration, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), and dedicated servers. Additional services may be offered from time to time.

2. Account Eligibility & Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including security of your passwords.
• Misuse of services (spam, phishing, illegal content, abuse of resources) may result in suspension or termination.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use HostGleam services for:

• Hosting or distributing malware, spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity.
• Copyright infringement or illegal content.
• Resource abuse (excessive CPU, RAM, bandwidth beyond plan limits).
• Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws.

4. Billing & Payments

All services are billed in advance, based on the billing cycle selected. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination.

5. Service Availability

HostGleam aims to provide high uptime and reliable services. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen downtime may occur.

6. Data & Backups

We recommend customers maintain their own backups. While backup tools may be provided, HostGleam is not responsible for data loss.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if payments are overdue, Terms are violated, or illegal activity is detected.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties. HostGleam is not liable for damages, loss of data, or business interruption. Maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the last 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated Terms.
