HostGleam Refund Policy

1. Hosting Services
Shared hosting and reseller hosting include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
2. Domain Services
Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable. Once registered, domains cannot be canceled or refunded.
3. VPS & Dedicated Servers
VPS and dedicated servers are non-refundable. They may be canceled at any time, but cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle (no partial refunds).
4. Refund Exclusions
- Violations of our Terms of Service.
- Services suspended or terminated due to abuse or illegal activity.
- Add-on services (SSL certificates, software licenses, etc.).
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Delays caused by banks or payment processors are beyond our control.
