1. Eligibility for Refund
- The 15-day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to shared hosting plans.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds are not applicable for:
- Domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers.
- SSL certificates or any other add-on services.
- VPS, dedicated servers, or custom solutions.
- Refunds are provided only for first-time purchases. Renewals, upgrades, or subsequent purchases are not eligible.
2. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please submit a ticket through your WHMCS client area.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- The cost of domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers is non-refundable, even if the domain was purchased as part of a hosting package.
- Any fees paid for additional services, such as SSL certificates, site migrations, or consulting, are non-refundable.
4. Termination of Refund Eligibility
- If your account is found to violate our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy, refund eligibility is void.
- Abuse of the refund policy, including multiple cancellations or fraudulent activities, will result in account termination and forfeiture of refunds.
5. Limitations of Refund Policy
- Refunds do not cover any transaction fees or taxes associated with your purchase.
- The maximum amount eligible for a refund is limited to the hosting service fees paid for the current billing cycle.
