Welcome to HostGleam.com! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms apply to all customers utilizing HostGleam.com hosting services. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Definitions
- HostGleam.com ("we," "us," "our") refers to the web hosting services provided via our platform.
- Customer ("you," "your") refers to any individual or entity purchasing or using services from HostGleam.com.
- Services include web hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related support services.
2. Account Registration
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information during account creation.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are liable for activities conducted under your account.
- By signing up, you agree to these Terms and authorize HostGleam.com to communicate important account-related information.
3. Service Provisioning
- Hosting services are provisioned after successful payment verification.
- HostGleam.com reserves the right to refuse services to any user without prior notice.
- You agree to comply with our resource usage and acceptable use policies to ensure compatibility.
4. Billing and Payment
- All invoices must be paid before the due date to avoid suspension or termination of services.
- Services are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled via your WHMCS account.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
- Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.
- Chargebacks are prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
5. Cancellations and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted via the WHMCS client area at least 7 days before the renewal date.
- Refunds are provided for shared hosting services if canceled within the first 15 days, subject to Money-Back Guarantee.
- Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and addons are non-refundable.
6. ICANN Compliance
- For all domain registrations, renewals, and transfers, you agree to comply with the ICANN Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).
- You must provide accurate contact information for your domain registration as required by ICANN. Failure to maintain accurate WHOIS information may result in suspension or termination of your domain.
- Customers are responsible for renewing their domains before expiration. HostGleam.com is not liable for loss of a domain due to non-renewal.
- By registering a domain, you agree to ICANN’s terms and policies, which are available at https://www.icann.org.
7. DMCA Policy
- Digital Millennium Copyright Act Compliance: HostGleam.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its customers to do the same.
- If you believe your copyrighted material is being infringed upon, you may submit a DMCA takedown request to our designated agent at dmca@hostgleam.com with the following details:
- Identification of the copyrighted material claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material on our service that is allegedly infringing, including the specific URL.
- Your contact information (email, phone number, and physical address).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
- Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the alleged infringer.
- Repeat infringers may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
8. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
- Customers must not:
- Use services for illegal activities (e.g., hosting malware, phishing, spamming).
- Exceed the allocated bandwidth or resource limits as outlined in your hosting plan.
- Violate Acceptable Use Policy.
- Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
9. Data Backup and Security
- While HostGleam.com provides backup solutions, customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
- We are not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, software corruption, or user error.
10. Limitation of Liability
- HostGleam.com is not responsible for downtime, interruptions, or data loss caused by third-party services or unforeseen events.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the billing period.
11. Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that breach these Terms policies.
- Accounts inactive for more than 90 days may be terminated.
12. Changes to Terms
- HostGleam.com reserves the right to modify these Terms.
- Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or client area notifications.
13. Support
- Our support is provided via the WHMCS client area.
- HostGleam.com offers support for hosting-related issues only. Custom website configurations are outside the scope of support.
